Returns and Exchanges

We offer free exchange and refunds (excluding shipping cost) for returns within 30 days of your order. Please email us at ellenmary@gmail.com with your order number. Once your order is received back with us, we'll process a refund within 5 business days.

Where do we ship?

Australia, NZ, and the US.

If you're outside these areas, please shoot us an email at ellenmary@gmail.com as it helps us to understand demand for new shipping locations!

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

For AU customers:

Standard shipping is $9 and express is $15. Standard is 2-4 business days and express is 1-3 business days.

All shipping is free over AUD$200 for Australian shipping.

For NZ customers:

A flat rate of $15 and 4-7 business days for major metro areas. 

For US customers:

A flat rate of $9 USD and 2-5 business days for major metro areas. 

When will my order be shipped?

We pack all orders same day if the order is placed before 11am AEST or 11am EST on weekdays. 

Sizing

Our robes are one size however we have two length options. If you want your robe to be flirty and short, then we recommend going with the standard robe. If you want extra length, then the long version has an extra 15cm. If you're unsure, just email us. 

Wash Instructions

For our summer robes, please wash on cold and hang dry. Avoid washing with bras or clips, as the robes have a loop fabric (that's how you get the print), so it can pull on bras. If this happens, you can easily cut the loose thread off.
